LWSO 413 - Liberalism - Fall 2012

An examinination of the fundamental conceptions of rights and freedoms in the works of J.S. Mill and 20th- and 21st-century philosophers. The treatment of these concepts in contemporary law and their role in contemporary legal and social issues are explored as well.
This course may not be repeated for credit.
