Olivia specialized in criminology and wrote an honours thesis on the influence of neighbourhood socio-economic status on crime in Calgary.

Olivia has been accepted into the the U of C Master's program in Sociology for fall 2013, when she plans to continue her examination of neighbourhood amenities and crime in Calgary.
